Keith Baggette, Chairman of Baggette & Company, is a Chartered Financial Planner which is recognised in the industry as the ‘gold standard’ for financial planners in the United Kingdom. He has over 30 years’ experience working in financial services, most of which has been spent advising clients.
He specialises in pensions and investment management but has qualifications in all the key areas of financial planning, including pensions, investment, taxation, trusts, lifetime planning and mortgages. Keith also holds a Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management, accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Outside of work, Keith served as Chairman of the Dorset Growth Hub Investment Panel, working to support the economic growth of Dorset businesses. In his spare time, Keith is also a keen sailor.
Oscar Hjalmas holds the position of Chartered Wealth Advisor. He specialises in investment and pensions, joining the industry in 2006. Oscar is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments.
Currently he is studying for his MSc in Wealth Management with CASS Business School (City University of London). His previous job roles have included Investment Dealer and Advisor at well-known finance companies. Oscar is also the Director of the Isle of Man Woodland Trust, and in his spare time enjoys reading investment related literature and travelling.
He has worked for Baggette before and we are delighted to welcome him back to the company. Prior to becoming an IFA, Neil served a full career in the Army, retiring after 22 years. Neil specialises in offering advice on investments, pensions and protection solutions. His qualifications include the full Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). Neil also holds the G60 qualification in Advanced Pensions, allowing him to advise on all types of occupational pensions. Outside of work, Neil likes to keep fit with regular gym sessions. He also devotes some of his spare time to charity work and is a volunteer caseworker with SSAFA, a major Armed Forces charity.
