About You

  • Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) is essential.
  • Diploma Level 4 qualified (minimum).
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and tax and trust planning (within role scope).
  • Confident working within defined business processes, service standards and FCA requirements.
  • Articulate and professional, with excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills, producing clear and compliant suitability reports.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly organised with effective time management, able to prioritise client needs and work to deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine willingness to take ownership of workload and client outcomes.
  • Strong client service mindset, comfortable dealing with clients at all levels and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confident working with financial services systems and platforms.
