We all increasingly recognise our worlds have been turned upside down and these are unprecedented times.
We also understand the importance of continuing to follow government guidance and are grateful to the amazing key workers that are keeping us all safe.
A few weeks ago I took the decision to move all but three of our colleagues out of the office to ‘work from home’. The three staff that remain in the office are following strict social distancing best practices and are working in very different parts of the office.
They are, however, ensuring that we can all continue to work and service all our client needs both professionally and efficiently.
I am very proud of everyone within the firm and the way they have reacted so positively to support not only each other and myself, but also you, our clients by ensuring that there is no impact on our ability to give our clients the excellent level of support to which they have become accustomed, whether via phone, email or Webchat.
Over the last few years we have invested heavily in technology and with the additional security that this involves it has allowed us to seamlessly transition to our new way of working which would not have been possible with our previous systems.
I would therefore like to say a big thank you to everyone within Baggette and Company Wealth Management Ltd, our outside support firms and of course you, our clients, who continue to support and trust this business and have embraced this current way of working by ourselves. The environment we live and work in is changing fast and we will remain responsive to whatever scenarios transpire over the coming weeks.
