About Me

I joined Baggette + Co. in February 2025 as a Client Relationship Manager. I am responsible for working closely with advisers to ensure a seamless client service. My duties include liaising with clients and product providers, overseeing new and existing business, preparing meeting packs ahead of financial reviews, and handling the administration duties surrounding this.

I currently work closely with one adviser, and together we achieve excellent results. I love interacting with clients and have a keen eye for detail, with my naturally meticulous nature. I am warm and friendly and put the clients at the heart of everything I do.

My Professional Background

My first role was in the financial services industry, where I spent six years gaining invaluable experience. I was keen to deepen my knowledge and understanding and passed my CF1 – UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, and CF6 – Mortgage Advice.

From this role, I decided to see what the corporate world was like, spending some time in Corporate Real Estate. I also worked in a high street bank, where I enjoyed interacting with customers face to face.

My career then progressed when I took the plunge and worked for a large business processing outsourcing company. Here, I gained operations, project management, and team leadership skills. This led me to achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, followed by an NVQ Level 3 in Management.

The team leadership role gave me an opportunity to work for an international law firm. During my time at this firm, I also covered roles in HR Operations.

From the skills I had gained over the years, it was clear to me that my heart was in the financial services industry, and I stepped back into it in 2022. I’ve never looked back!

Through the powers of social media, I came across Baggette + Co. It was clear to me from what I had researched that the values aligned, and it was a company I wanted to be part of. The rest is history!

What Drives Me in My Role

I have always been client-focused, and I get a real buzz from providing an outstanding service, ensuring quality is to a high standard. I enjoy seeing things through from start to finish and making clients happy.

I’m thrilled to be working for a company whose values align with my own. The team are so supportive, and I feel valued and encouraged along the way. Feeling like I am a key part of the jigsaw puzzle and being able to see a clear vision is truly important to me.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, I love to spend time making memories with my young family. I enjoy family days out to the zoo, bowling, and coffee and cake!

I’m also quite the thrill seeker, having completed the world’s fastest zip line and done a tandem skydive. My eldest son is already showing the same traits, having completed a zip line himself.

I have also volunteered my time supporting children at a local school with their reading, which was a wonderful experience.
