About Me
Hi, I’m Jess and I’m the Marketing Coordinator at Baggette + Co Wealth Management. I work alongside Lee to help raise awareness, clearly communicate our values and services, and contribute to improving financial literacy.
I have a passion for all things digital marketing, particularly social media, and aim to help increase Baggette + Co.’s digital presence to help share our values and clients find us.
I absolutely love to learn, and with the ever-changing marketing trends and landscape, I am always researching and looking for new approaches.
My Professional Background
Having run my own online jewellery business for four years in the past installed a love for digital marketing. This led me to completing my degree in Marketing Communications with Digital Media degree at Bournemouth University. Whilst there, I did a placement year doing the marketing for a construction company; worked on live marketing campaign briefs with a clothing brand, restaurant, and charity; and did freelance social media management work. These experiences deepened my marketing knowledge and offered me a broad perspective into different industries.
Coming out of university, I applied to Baggette + Co, as I was looking for a new challenge in a new industry. I don’t come from a financial background, so I’m constantly learning something new here. Everyone is lovely, and I love how open they are to new ideas. The company’s client-first and honest values really align with mine.
What Drives Me in My Work
What excites me most about my role is how dynamic and ever-changing marketing is. Whether it’s evolving trends, shifting social media algorithms, new content formats, or emerging technologies and software, there’s always something new to learn and experiment with. This constant innovation keeps me motivated and engaged.
Finances can also be complicated and overwhelming, particularly with there being so much misleading information promoted online. Being able to share clear, honest advice through Baggette + Co’s platforms, and helping clients discover a company that values openness and integrity, is something I’m proud to be a part of.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, I’m a competitive bikini bodybuilder. So, as I’m sure you can guess, I love all things gym, fitness, and nutrition!
When I’m not in the gym, I love spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends. We frequently go out for walks and enjoy exploring new places.
I also love baking – much to everyone else’s joy, as I can’t eat any of it!
