As a Client Relationship Manager, I genuinely enjoy getting to know the clients I work with and making sure they always feel supported. Great customer service isn’t just a part of my job — it’s something I take real pride in.
Whether it’s solving a problem, answering a question, or just checking in, I’m here. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients is what I do best, and I’m always just a call or message away.
My Professional Background
I started my journey in financial services about 8 years ago, beginning as a junior administrator then progressing through to a Personal Assistant for a compliance officer. Over time, I found that what I loved most was building real connections with clients and being the first point of call for any queries, which naturally led me to my current role as a Client Relationship Manager.
I’ve since completed my RO1 qualification and continue to grow my knowledge so I can better support our clients.
What Drives Me in My Role
I really enjoy being the go-to person for clients and my advisers. Making sure they always feel supported and building relationships with our clients is important to me.
I’m really lucky to work with such a knowledgeable and supportive team. Being surrounded by people who are always willing to share what they know and lift each other up makes a big difference. It keeps me learning, growing, and enjoying what I do every day.
Life Outside of Work
I live in Poole with my husband and our cat, Kevin (who definitely runs the house). Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family — whether it’s catching up over coffee or heading out for a walk along the coast.
I’m a big fan of anything creative, and regularly do photography in my free time. To unwind in the evening I love listening to a record whilst building a Lego set.
