I am a Chartered Financial Adviser at Baggette + Co. With my career background, I bring a wealth of experience and a first-class level of service to all my clients, business partners, and colleagues. I conduct myself with integrity and professionalism. With an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, I offer bespoke, independent financial planning solutions that fulfil my clients’ objectives.
I work with a wide range of clients and always work in a consultative manner that enables engagement, clarity and surety regarding the way forward together. The solutions are immaculately researched and sensibly tailored to our individual clients and their needs, and with a robust programme of ongoing advice in place, the clients are kept informed and fully engaged throughout the years.
My Professional Background
I have 30+ years of progressive experience within the Banking, Client and Wealth Management professions and left a large Private Bank in the City to join up with the Team at Baggette + Co Ltd in Poole.
I have been at Baggette + Co Ltd for 7 years, and I qualified as a Chartered Financial Adviser, having progressed my career through roles including Banking Regional Director, Senior Private Banker and Wealth Management roles. I have also written and delivered Management Development Programmes, as well as appearing in a large Bank’s media campaign. My career has been built on focus, dedication and professionalism at all times and ensuring the client relationship is built on respect, trust and understanding.
What Drives Me in My Role
There is no doubt that the world of Financial Planning is changing, but at Baggette + Co, and at the forefront of the business is the ability to be agile and to introduce and embrace change. I have always believed that this is crucial to stay in touch with our clients and their changing needs and when you couple the ambitions of the Team at Baggette + Co Ltd and the needs of the clients then it’s a truly strong foundation for success.
I am committed and motivated to maintain that traction and momentum, and with our Innovation Team, our Investment Committee, our Media Team and our driven Senior Management Team all in place and fully understanding the journey, then I believe all our clients and Staff are in a really strong position for success.
Life Outside of Work
Family and sport have always played a big part in my life, and that hasn’t changed over the years. I set out to stay fit and healthy and enjoy spending time with my wife, our two sons and their families.
I play golf, enjoy travelling, and sometimes there is nothing better than walking the dog along the beach on the south coast or through the New Forest.
Staying fit and healthy takes an investment in our time, a dedication and a commitment, but it’s where we create the right habits and, as in business, it’s always time very well spent. Always has been and always will be!
