He specialises in pensions and investment management but has qualifications in all the key areas of financial planning, including pensions, investment, taxation, trusts, lifetime planning and mortgages. Keith also holds a Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management, accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Outside of work, Keith served as Chairman of the Dorset Growth Hub Investment Panel, working to support the economic growth of Dorset businesses. In his spare time, Keith is also a keen sailor.

Sue started her career in the banking industry in 1982 with Lloyds Bowmaker as a Junior Secretary, moving on to work at the Chelsea Building Society and then managing a branch of the Skipton Building Society.

Her passion for customer and financial services saw Sue move on to a job at Prudential as a Financial Administrator dealing with IFA’s and this is where Keith and Sue’s paths first crossed. Sue has now worked for Keith Baggette for over 20 years. Development of staff & Customer satisfaction are key to her and in January 2020 Keith appointed her the HR/Operations Manager for Baggette & Company And in August 2020 Keith appointed her Director of Operations to allow him to focus on the development of the business. Sue runs a tight ship and is very focused on delivering her best to the business. With her Level 3 HR Certificate almost complete, she is very excited about continuing her career at a company she holds very dear.

I have been married for 32 years and have two adult children.  Outside of work I enjoy socialising with my friends and family and keeping fit.  I also enjoy going to the theatre.

With a career including Directorship held within Coutts & Co UK management as well as running his own businesses, Stuart is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business professionals develop and grow their wealth and financial security.

Outside of work he can often be found on the golf course or walking his dogs, and even in the kitchen where he likes to prepare healthy food.

Pam turned her attention to a more diverse consultancy role with two major compliance support firms during the last 13 years and has built a first class reputation within the world of Business Risk helping firms remain compliant in advice and process management.

Her qualifications include the Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS), the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and the Certificate in Equity Release, enabling her to work with all individuals within the firm providing risk based compliance support & assisting the firm navigate the ongoing regulatory changes effectively.

Outside of work Pam is a fine weather dog walker, enjoys all forms of needle work and can often be found making a mess with her Grandson!

He has worked for Baggette before and we are delighted to welcome him back to the company. Prior to becoming an IFA, Neil served a full career in the Army, retiring after 22 years. Neil specialises in offering advice on investments, pensions and protection solutions. His qualifications include the full Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). Neil also holds the G60 qualification in Advanced Pensions, allowing him to advise on all types of occupational pensions. Outside of work, Neil likes to keep fit with regular gym sessions. He also devotes some of his spare time to charity work and is a volunteer caseworker with SSAFA, a major Armed Forces charity.

Caz Hubbarde

As HR & Operations Administrator, Caz has a very diverse role within the company and is passionate about ensuring the smooth running of the office in Poole. She has enjoyed a long and successful career in Financial Services Administration and has a Diploma in Office Management. She oversees several key areas of the business and finds her role within the team extremely rewarding.

Paul Rogers

Paul is a Trainee Paraplanner with 20 years’ experience within the financial sector. During this time he has worked as a Financial Adviser and within Compliance. Currently Paul holds his Certificate in Financial Planning and is continuing with his study and qualifications to complete his diploma.

Tom has 17 years’ experience working in financial services, 8 of which have been spent working for a National IFA and has been a qualified Paraplanner for 12 years.

A particular area of interest to Tom is devising and preparing plans for clients’ to achieve their retirement aspirations. Tom is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Tom also supports and mentors a number of our trainee paraplanners with their development.

Tom lives locally with his wife and in his spare time enjoys getting out into our local countryside, both walking and cycling.

James Murry

Paraplanner

James is a Paraplanner with 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry. The first eight specialising in global derivatives, before he switched his focus to personal financial planning and investment advice in 2015. Since then, James has been awarded the PFS Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning which fulfils the academic criteria required to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Lisa is married with 3 sons and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild. In her spare time, Lisa can be found on a cold touchline cheering on her sons; or in a warm kitchen indulging her passion for cooking.

Alison Wood

As part of our Research and Planning Team, Alison Alison specialises in portfolio valuations and annual reviews. Previously she has excelled in roles varying from Personal Administrator to Administration Manager and has over 13 years’ experience in financial services. Having worked for Baggette & Company previously, Alison returned to us in April 2016.
