About Me
Hi I’m Caitlin, the Receptionist at Baggette + Co Wealth Management. I’m responsible for welcoming clients, handling calls and enquiries and helping to ensure the smooth day – to – day running of the office by supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks. I enjoy being the first point of contact for our clients and always aim to create a friendly and professional environment where every client feels comfortable, valued and well looked after.
My Professional Background
Although I don’t come from a financial background, prior to joining Baggette + Co. I worked at Bournemouth Airport where I gained valuable experience in customer service and developed strong communication skills. Working in a dynamic fast–paced environment taught me how to remain organised, professional and efficient. These are all skills I have been able to apply in my role, while continuing to learn more about the financial services industry. I enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to supporting clients and providing a high level of service, and I am always keen to develop my knowledge.
What Drives Me in My Work
The opportunity to make a positive difference to a client’s experience from the moment they arrive is what drives me in my role. I take pride in meeting new people and creating a positive first impression, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. I’m motivated by creating a smooth, organised environment and supporting the team wherever I can. Knowing that I’ve helped make someone’s experience easier, more pleasant or less stressful is what drives me to provide a high standard of service every day.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work I enjoy staying active and keeping fit, whether that’s going to the gym or heading out on long walks. I also love travelling and exploring new places whenever I get the chance – there’s always another destination on my list! In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, trying out nice restaurants, and you’ll often find me shopping!
