I play a key role in making sure our financial planning process, from initial enquiry through to ongoing reviews, runs smoothly, professionally, and with the personal touch our clients value.
I bring plenty of experience in client service management, along with a real passion for building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and consistency. I aim to help clients feel confident and well looked after by taking a calm and proactive approach, whether they’re planning for retirement or looking for a trusted adviser in Dorset, Bournemouth, or Poole.
My strength lies in putting people at ease and turning complex processes into clear next steps, helping to create a supportive and straightforward client experience from start to finish.

With over a decade of experience spanning Austria, Germany, the US, and the UK, I have navigated the diverse worlds of tourism, hospitality, legal, and financial services. Now, as Head of Client Services at Baggette + Co Wealth Management, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
What Drives Me in My Role
What drives me the most is the opportunity to make a real, positive difference in their clients’ lives. I care deeply about creating a service experience that feels personal, dependable, and supportive, especially when financial decisions feel overwhelming or uncertain.
I take pride in helping maintain the high standards and people-first ethos that Baggette + Co.. Whether I am coordinating with advisers or ensuring a client query is handled, I enjoy being part of a team that puts relationships at the heart of everything they do.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, I love making the most of Dorset’s beautiful coastline and countryside. I’m often found walking along the beach or exploring the hidden gems around the Purbecks. I’m also a fan of Sunday coffees on a farm.
Spending time with family and friends means a lot to me, and I’ve got a soft spot for quirky shops and Asian food spots. When I get the chance, I enjoy curling up with a good book or planning my next trip to Italy. Being close to nature is really important, and Dorset is the perfect place for that.
