I’m a Client Servicing Administrator and Protection Specialist at Baggette + Co. Wealth Management, supporting both our advisers and clients throughout their financial planning journey.
My role combines client support, administration, and protection advice, helping clients receive a smooth and professional experience while understanding the importance of protecting their financial stability and future. Whether I’m assisting with client servicing, coordinating financial planning processes, or discussing protection options, I aim to make the process feel straightforward and supportive for every client.
I enjoy helping people make informed decisions and ensuring they feel supported at every stage of their journey with us. I believe financial planning is about more than building wealth- it’s also about creating security and peace of mind for the future.
My Professional Background
My career has given me experience across several client-focused industries. I began working within the veterinary sector, where I learned how important empathy, reassurance and clear communication are when supporting people through stressful and emotional situations.
I later moved into the mortgage industry, where I gained valuable experience helping clients through the home-buying process. During this time, I became increasingly aware of how often protection planning was overlooked, despite its importance in helping individuals and families maintain financial stability if the unexpected happens.
Moving into protection has given me the opportunity to build on that experience and further develop my knowledge, while helping clients understand the practical steps they can take to protect themselves and their loved ones.
Joining Baggette + Co. Wealth Management has allowed me to combine this with a broader financial planning approach, balancing technical knowledge with a more personal understanding of what matters most to clients, while ensuring they feel supported across every aspect of their financial wellbeing.
What Drives Me in My Role
What motivates me most is helping clients feel informed, confident and supported when making important financial decisions.
Protection conversations often involve topics that people naturally find difficult to think about, such as illness, loss of income or losing a loved one. I believe these discussions should be approached with empathy, education and understanding, rather than pressure or fear.
I enjoy helping clients identify potential gaps in their financial protection and guiding them through their options in a way that feels straightforward and reassuring. Knowing that the work we do can help provide financial security and peace of mind during life’s most challenging moments is incredibly rewarding.
Life Outside of Work
Most weekends are spent outdoors with my dog, whether that’s at the beach or out on forest walks. I also enjoy training at the gym, studying and making time for friends and family.
I’m passionate about continuing to develop both personally and professionally, and I’m always keen to learn new skills and challenge myself.
