The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit an organised and client-focused Client Servicing Administrator who will play a key role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisers, clients and wider operational teams.
As a Client Servicing Administrator at Baggette + Co., you will provide essential administrative support across the client journey, helping ensure excellent service standards and smooth day-to-day operations. From managing client communications and preparing review documentation to processing Letters of Authority and maintaining accurate records, you’ll become a trusted and valued part of our Client Servicing Team.
You’ll work closely with our IFAs in Dorset, the Research and Planning team and other operational departments, contributing to a collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:
- Working effectively within the Client Servicing Team to ensure high service standards are delivered to both internal and external clients.
- Managing regular communication with clients and colleagues by telephone, email, written correspondence and face-to-face interaction.
- Handling the daily administration and submission of Letters of Authority accurately and efficiently.
- Obtaining and preparing client review documentation, including valuation reports and meeting paperwork.
- Utilising the company CRM system to ensure processes are followed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring company systems and databases are maintained accurately and kept fully up to date for audit purposes.
- Working closely with advisers, the Research and Planning team and wider departments to support smooth operational delivery.
- Participating proactively in team meetings and contributing positively to team objectives.
- Working within company compliance procedures and FCA guidelines at all times.
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks where required.
- Participating in ongoing training and development relevant to the role.

Our HQ overlooks the beautiful Holes Bay in Poole, Dorset, with the ability to have a hybrid working pattern.
- Work Hours:
Our standard working hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with an hour of ‘you time’ for lunch. However, our team works a variety of different hours that work for both of us. - We’re firm believers in measuring output rather than hours at a seat. Let’s have a conversation!
About You
Experience:
- Proven administration experience, ideally gained within financial services or with a genuine interest in building a career within the industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the confidence to interact with clients at all levels.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience using financial services back-office systems, including Intelligent Office, would be desirable but not essential.
